Lloyd Hebert

President, Financial Advisor

Lloyd P. Hebert is the owner & founder of Hebert Financial Services. He has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. Lloyd is a registered representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered broker/dealer and member FINRA & SIPC. He is a lifetime member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table based on sales, as a member of both the Top of the Table and Court of the Table. He has the Series 6, 63 & 65 registrations and is also an Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor.

Lloyd is a graduate of Sam Houston University in 1985 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Finance.


Andrew McAlister

Financial Advisor

Andrew is a Financial Advisor at Hebert Financial as well as a registered representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered broker/dealer and member FINRA & SIPC. He has the Series 7, 63 & 65 registrations and is also an Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor.

Andrew graduated Magma Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and also was a collegiate athlete on the football team. 


Matt Nicholson


Matt graduated from Anderson University in South Carolina in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. After graduation he started a small wholesale business which is still operational in South Carolina.  Since moving to the Houston area he has become a licensed insurance agent with Hebert Financial. 



Patrice Connolly


Patrice came to us from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. She has 20 years of experience planning corporate benefits, defining health plans, and working with independent retirement accounts. In addition, she assists the team with financial planning for individuals and businesses.

Bryant Wilson


Bryant graduated from Texas State University in 2006 and from Capella University with a Masters of Business Administration in 2016. Bryant is currently a licensed insurance agent as well as working to become securities registered. Bryant has years of experience in the insurance industry and will be serving our clients in the Texas Hill Country.

Debbie Grodecki

Chief Operations Officer

In 2017, Debbie Grodecki joined the Hebert Financial team, where she serves as Chief Operations Officer. Among her responsibilities, she is the liaison with our various vendors for contracts and ongoing relationships and handles all aspects of office management, including our IT, HR, Accounts and Finance support services. Debbie also oversees all office operations and procedures, organizes events, and provides general support to our visitors.

In addition to her role with Hebert Financial, she also is a Designated Supervisory Principal with Cetera Advisors LLC. Debbie has been in the industry for 25 years, and currently maintains the following registrations and licenses 7, 63, 66, 8, 24 & Life, Accident, Health & HMO.


Theresa Bates

Producer, Employee Benefits

Theresa Bates joined Hebert Financial Services March 2, 2018.  She retired from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas after 35 years of service. In her 35 years with BCBSTX she initially was hired to assist the City of Houston Police and Fireman downtown onsite at City Hall with their claims administration. She quickly moved into a marketing service representative roll for both large and small employer accounts. She later moved into an Account Executive roll for major accounts such as Landry's Seafood and Conn Appliances.  Her last 15 years at BCBSTX were working in a sales and enrollment position for small and mid-size employers with a wealth of Affordable Care Act experience.  She is licensed by all carriers for group medical, dental and life insurance needs.

Theresa is a native Houstonian and has been married for 36 years. She and her husband reside in Spring, TX. Theresa has 2 sons and daughters-in-law and 4 grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family.


Melody Kennedy

Senior Executive Account Manager

Melody joined Hebert Financial Services in 2016, following a successful career in customer service and sales. In her role as Senior Executive Account Manager, she is responsible for supporting all Hebert Financial Advisors with group benefits accounts. She also services and manages group employee benefits for small business owners all over the state of Texas. Melody is licensed in Life, Accident and Health and looks forward to serving her community.

Melody is a native of Texas but as a military spouse has lived all over the country and abroad. She returned to Texas with her husband in 2016 after he retired from his 26 years of service with the Army. They have four children and Melody is very active in her children's lives as well as in her local church congregation.


Judy Geiger

Marketing Specialist

Judy is one of our newest members of the team! She came on board in 2013 and has since become Insurance Licensed.  She is a vital addition with over 20 years of management experience. Judy is eager to help, and has impressed us with her loyalty, dedication to the team, and service to clients.




Janie Kelley

Marketing Specialist

Janie is a native Houstonian with 10+ years of experience in all aspects of senior health, life, and final expense products. She is one of the top producers in the Houston Area. Janie has a passion for assisting seniors and obtaining
eligibility requirements 





Janie Lynch

Marketing Specialist

Janie joined Hebert Financial Services in 2018. She has many years of professional experience working with a prestigious firm in administration, financial planning, sales, life and health insurance, and assisting with all aspects of the corporations benefits.  Janie is dedicated to her team and service to clients.

Janie is a native of East Texas. She currently resides in The Woodlands, Texas.  Janie enjoys bowling, tennis, water and snow skiing.


Judy Morgan

Marketing Specialist

Judy joined the Hebert team in 2015 and has had a long history in sales, training and financial services. Prior to joining Hebert Financial, she was a Life Insurance Agent and also served as partner in a health products business. In her varied roles, she gained experience in direct sales, training and office management. Judy is bi-lingual and enjoys serving the Spanish speaking community. Judy is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent and graduated from the State University of New York.


Fredrick Salazar

Marketing Specialist

Fred is a native Houstonian and has been a resident of The Woodlands for the past 11 years. Previously he spent 35 years with Wyman-Gordan working in manufacturing. He has several years of professional experience in customer service.





Juan Cortez

Transportation Director

Juan joined Hebert Financial Services in 2017 as Transportation Director. He attended the University of Texas at Austin's School of Business and has lived in the Woodlands since 2014.

Prior to working at Hebert Financial Services, Juan worked in the service industry for more than 25 years.




Adrienne J. Paris, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Adrienne began working with Hebert Financial Services in 2016. She brings more than 20 years of tax and accounting experience as well as QuickBooks expertise to her clients. She helps individual and business clients with tax strategies and accounting, as well as bookkeeping.  Certified in Texas and California, Adrienne has been self-employed for 15 years and has clients in 13 states.  She previously held roles as Staff Accountant, Credit Analyst and Business Development Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.

Adrienne, a Northern California native, moved to Texas in 2009. She has three teenage boys and enjoys tennis, soccer, basketball and snow skiing.
