David A. Bryant, Jr. is a 1988 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1992. During law school, he was a Member of the South Texas Law Review, Phi Delta Phi and Order of the Lytae. Mr. Bryant was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in May 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, the United States District Court of North Dakota and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Federal Pro Hac Vice bar admissions include the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. State Bar Association Pro Hac Vice admissions include Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. David A. Bryant, Jr. has also been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1999. Mr. Bryant’s litigation practice also includes commercial disputes, employment disputes, bankruptcy litigation, probate litigation and many other litigation matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Bryant provides legal services to numerous business owners. Business and personal services include, but are not limited to planning, preparing and executing asset protection programs, corporate structure and business planning, license agreements, employment and non-competition agreements, employee manuals, non-disclosure non-circumvent agreements, irrevocable fee/commission agreements, joint venture agreements, asset purchase agreements, commercial leases and real estate purchases, mergers and acquisitions, business continuation planning and buy-sell agreements. Mr. Bryant also assists clients in preparing wills, representing estate executors, trusts, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, physician directives and many other legal documents.
